My sleep last night was amazing. Best one yet, here. *_* It took me a while to get to sleep last night because I actually had too many pillows. I'm used to needing so many but I was so comfortable with just one. It was really strange! It's also a bit uncomfortable to be sleeping on my side which is how I usually prefer it but sleeping on my back was just... really comfy so maybe I'll change my preference or something. I dunno. A++ sleep though. :D

Long story short, I missed algebra this morning and then decided not to bother with calculus since I'd just be leaving early anyway. I... really should've gone though. At least I'd have been on campus. ~_~

The bus I needed to take to get to campus on time was at 11:54. When I was across the street from the bus stop, it was 11:48 and I ran up in time to see the bus pulling away. I ended up walking the whole way to campus which is about a 40 minute walk. I called ahead to let them know I'd be late but... ugh. It didn't help that I seemed to hit every red light along the way and, as I was walking, missed two more buses (not the same one I'd originally been trying to catch but both of them would've dropped me off close enough). Uggh.

Luckily, the doctor was still there and she still saw me even though I was 15 minutes late omg. ♥ ;_; I was so thankful. I gave her the background info and she printed out the blood requisition form for me... and though I only asked for a CBC to be done, she added in a few other things to check. :3 She also gave me a prescription for naproxen since I said cramps were getting bad again and I don't want to be taking percocet (they're ultimately what made me fail last semester x_x). I've tried that before and it never worked but she said I should give it another one since circumstances have changed and whatnot. *shrug* 30 pills ended up only costing me $1.39 so I can't complain even if they don't work. XD;

Anyway, after that I came home and sat around for a while. Studied a bit (I played more Elite Beat Agents than studied but shhh) and then left 10 minutes early for my midterm. So of course, when I'm extra early for the bus, it comes 5 minutes late. *sigh* Oh well. Got there on time and wrote the test. It was longer than the first midterm and not nearly as easy but I think I did okay. :[

Mom wanted me to take a taxi home since the exam was basically over at 9pm but lol, she's super paranoid. 8| Next bus wasn't for a while and I hate standing around so I walked up to Laurier and waited a few minutes for the bus there. Then came home and ate a late dinner and now I'm staring at a blank page of graph paper.

→ Thanksgiving was good. Mom was in Vegas (one of my cousins was getting married there) so I just chilled with my dad and my brother. Had massive cramps on Saturday and part of Sunday which sucked since I didn't get to see triforce89 but I got lots of sleep over the weekend, ate LOTS OF GOOD FOOD and it was basically just super awesome.

→ Brain!surgery cousin is okay!! ♥ Doctors were amazed but he's doing really well. He's home already because instead of taking weeks/months to relearn how to walk and whatnot, it took him a few days. He's retained all his memories and speech and everything and... he's actually planning to go back to school soon. O_O; Lmao I feel like such an underachiever now, haha. I'm just glad he's okay.

→ Mom came up last weekend. She brought me food, my boots, and some other stuff. We went out for lunch. Went to the mall and they added an entirely new section. I knew they were reno'ing but wow. EB Games moved to a bigger storefront and are now a Gamestop. I picked up Dead Space. Mom also bought me a pair of $50 slippers because they were so comfy and I needed a new one. ;~; omgg I love them so much. Also she bought my groceries. I love herrr. So glad I got to see her since I didn't at Thanksgiving. :'D Wish we'd had more time to talk with just the two of us though. I need to go home again sometime.

→ Started playing Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix last week. It's SO HARD omg. D: I'm playing on Proud Mode and I'm not used to the shitty camera, nor am I used to the controls. (Though thank god it's got the Japanese controls or I'd be dying even more than I am now!) It took me like 3 or 4 hours today just to beat the Cave of Wonders. x_x I'm at level 22 and I don't get guard until 33 because for some reason I decided to choose magic at the beginning of the game. Boo.

→ So close to complete in KH 358/2 Days. :'D I need about 10 more challenge sigils and I'll mark it completed on Backloggery. (I waited until level 100 with the Japanese version but I'm not going to let myself do that again.)

→ HAVE I MENTIONED I LIKE KINGDOM HEARTS? eeeeeee the trailer for BBS that came out this week. sdklfsd want so much!! I'm glad it has a release date (January 9 fuck yeah!) but it's gonna be a lot. x_x; $60ish in Japan and by the time I import, it'll probably be close to $100, ugh. I'll probably try to swing it as my Christmas present and then I can get the one-day shipping and not be paying as much as I would. Otherwise I'm gonna be spoiler-avoiding for half a month again and that sucked. DD: (Yeah, I'm importing. I'm impatient with KH games!)

→ Got accepted into the social networking preview on XBL. :D Yay twitter! I doubt I'll use it much on there though, since I don't have a keypad and I usually play with a computer near me anyway. (That and it's a standalone app on the dashboard?) Haven't had a chance to try out Facebook yet though I probably will over the weekend. I wish Last.fm was available in Canada. ;__;

→ Ordered Microsoft Windows 7 today! :DD I added the CD to my cart so it'll be shipped home sometime but I'll be downloading it and reformatting my netbook to install it this weekend, likely tomorrow. Just have to back everything up and make sure I have my wifi driver downloaded first.

→ Not going into much detail but it involves my FAVOURITE TMI HEALTH ISSUE that you can probably read back on if you're curious. But anyway, my doctor is a little worried, apparently, and is suggesting I get "complete bloodwork" done. But since I don't have an official requisition form, I have to go to a doctor here to get one so I have an appointment on Nov 2nd at the campus clinic. I have a midterm that day so while I can go in and update them on my health status and get the papers, I'll have to wait on the bloodwork. I'm not so good with it and I don't wanna do anything to compromise the test even if it'd be hours before. v_v

→ Final exam schedule is out! The first one I saw on it was my CS exam which is December 22nd. ffffffffff. That's the last day of the exam period. XD; Luckily, I checked the others and I'm pretty sure they go Dec 19 (Saturday), December 21 (Monday) and then the Tuesday one. Thank god! I emailed my family about it and mom said she'll drive me home after classes end around Dec 6th and then she'll drive me back out for my exams and then home again. D'aww. :')

Today was... such a long day. @_@;

I was back at work after my trip & being sick so there was a lot of catching up to do. Bland, boring, repetitive work aaalll day. Luckily I am (mostly) better so aside from being really overtired, I didn't feel too bad. The good part about all this is that after today I only have one more day of work before the weekend! Whoo!

Anyway, after work, mom took my brother and I to see HP6 because I missed out on going with friends (didn't even notice the email + texts until like... yesterday afternoon but I couldn't have gone anyway--past my bedtime lmao. Sorry guys! ;___;). It was good! Mind you, I haven't read the 6th book in years and have only read it twice but... I guess that means I wasn't nitpicking all the way through. XD I thought the movie was well done and it only lagged in a few parts. I was worried about getting bored since it's like 2.5 hours but I didn't have that problem. Snape's hair was too fluffy though. It's supposed to be greasy! >:O Also Slughorn had the BEST "D:" and "D8" faces. My brother and I were just dying laughing at them. And a bunch of other things. (ALSO TOAST.)

Also I learnt today that Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines (the PSP game) is going to have its own PSP bundle. :( Gaaah $200! I..... really want it. D: I'm not sure what I'm gonna do. My brother said he'd buy my PSP off me if I decide to go for it, so that'd be at least $50 toward it... but ugh, it comes out like Nov 10 so if I drop $200 on that and then ANOTHER $100 on the Assassin's Creed 2 special edition the next week... D: ffff. I'll figure out something. I'm hoping the bundle just includes a plain white PSP so I don't feel guilty at all about passing it up. XD; But if it's branded then... baaw. Gotta reaaaally watch my spending. Luckily the only things I plan on buying for the rest of the year are... Professor Layton 2, KH 358/2 Days in English, and then the Assassin's Creed games. Dissidia can wait and Bioshock 2 was delayed WHOOOO. \o/

And finally I got a letter today from my gyn's office saying she's moving to Montreal at the end of August. ;_____; Just... just... ;_______; She's the only one who's actually *done* anything worthwhile to help my condition and the only one who's actually seemed at all interested or cared. :( One of her colleagues will be taking on all her patients but... but... augh. This kinda sucks. I have a follow-up appt at the beginning of Aug and I guess that's it. ._. Not looking forward to switching doctors AGAIN. I'm getting so freaking sick of recapping every single time I walk into a doctor's office. orz.

Yesterday I was nauseated all day--no pain (yay!) but I also couldn't really get up off the couch longer than a minute without getting dizzy or feeling like I was gonna throw up. Also couldn't stomach any food. :( But that was all better by this morning and was replaced with marvelous cramps. Haha yeah I got like no sleep so I didn't head into work. ;_; I feel bad but this extra day to recover was really good.

Except of course I got an email from my landlord for next year saying my cheque bounced. Um. lol what? This woman already thinks I'm a flake because of email issues or something and now this. loool. So I hopped online to check my bank account and sure enough, it's in the negatives! WHOO my favourite. :( Turns out I was a victim of skimming. My card was probably skimmed at Starbucks or Best Buy (putting my bets on the former) on June 8th. A few paypal payments and my credit card payment went through but on June 10th, 11th, 12th, and 15th, there were ATM withdrawals of $500 and then $460 on the last one. So of course by the time the cheque would've been cashed, there was $4.60 in the account and then since it bounced, I was charged an extra $40. Thankfully everything in savings (a couple thousand x_X) was untouched but I still had over $1k in chequing. :( I called my bank and they said they already froze my account and were investigating. I should have it all back in about 10 business days and I'll be going to pick up a new card tomorrow. Mom emailed my landlord and said she'll courier a cheque out tomorrow so everything should be resolved. The woman on the phone said there was pretty much nothing I could've done because even though I'm anal about making sure I cover my hand when putting in my pin, with skimming that wouldn't matter and it's near impossible to tell when an interac thing has been compromised.

;~; But yeah this still sucks. I was really upset when I noticed so I started crying 'cause something like this has never happened to me before and the landlord already kinda dislikes me so this was just the icing on the cake and... and yeah, the crying got my cramps started again so now I feel like utter shit. fml.

Well, on the bright side, the fact that I can't beat this one boss in KH 358/2 Days doesn't seem nearly as upsetting right now lolol.

um. yeah. Procedure went well! I didn't have to be put under for it (which srsly surprised my doctor) and while it hurt like a bitch, it actually hurt more afterwards for slightly unrelated reasons that I'm not going into. My doctor said I am the best patient ever and she was once again blown away by my pain tolerance. Now I am home and basically doped up. Mind you, it still hurts so later once all the freezing wears off I might have to take *two* percocets but for now this is tolerable. lmfao I'm such a druggie. I kinda missed this buzz. :(

→ Mom got her new car the other week. It's nice. I got to drive it (most of the way) home from the car dealership. I wasn't a fan of the colour but it's growing on me. My dad and I have named it BFTZ (pronounced Biftiz, sorta) because those are the first four letters on the license plate and we love pronouncing license plates and that is an awesome one. We took the BFTZ to work today 'cause mom was home recovering from having a tooth extracted yesterday.

→ I've been waiting every so impatiently since May 30th for my copy of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days to arrive. Some bitch nearly spoilt it for me on deviantART. It was very hard to not download a ROM to my R4 but I prevailed and it finally arrived last night. I LOVE IT AAAAAAH. Gameplay is fun and Marluxia is in it omggg. He teaches you how to fight (or rather, stands there looking *fabulous* with his hand on his hip as you get swarmed by heartless and are nearly dead). And has gotten like 50x gayer. He runs funny. But when he's actually helping you he's probably the most useful partner I've had so far. XD; We had a wonderful time trying to beat this one stupid boss. I bet he hated me for that because my strategy was just horrible. But enough fangirling (for now).

→ They want me to work five days a week at work. BAAAW. I worked 5 days this week and I'm ready to collapse. But... money is money so I'll probably take the offer. I hope this doesn't burn me out. (It probably will.)

→ I need to sell some stuff to make money. :( I really want a new computer since my HP is a piece of shit. I got internet working on it the other day by reconfiguring my linksys router with custom firmware to turn it into a wireless switch but it worked for a day and then stopped and I'm not reconfiguring every time I turn that thing on so it's basically acting as a paperweight right now.

→ Snagged the username "lightningism" on facebook. I'll probably regret that one day since I changed right at midnight and could've picked a plethora of names but oh well. It's only FB. Not like I ever use it anyway lolol.

→ goddamn I'm tired. And it's only 1 AM. Hahaha. Gotta get up earlyish to pick up my prescription for Sunday and then clean up a bit before Dean gets here. He's coming over around 1 to pick up his copy of 358/2 and then sticking around to play. omggg I can't wait to try out multiplayer.

I had a bit of an adventure today. :D

Since I'm on lupron and, like in menopause, there's a good chance of decreased bone density which can cause osteoporosis, my doctor wanted me to have a bone density test done. Just getting the appointment was an adventure and a half in the first place but I managed to get one for today at 1:30. So I took a cab over there since I wasn't entirely sure I'd be able to get there on time via bus since the hospital isn't even right on the bus route.

I was in and out SO quickly. o_O I was really surprised. I got there pretty early and I was sitting in the waiting room filling out a standard form when I was called. I didn't even have time to fill it out. I must've been sitting there for maybe 2 minutes. xD; Of course this also meant I didn't have a chance to call my mom to ask exactly what pills I'm on because I wasn't 100% on the name of my progesterone hahaha. The doctor probably thought it was pretty sad that I couldn't even name all the prescription drugs I'm on. And I suppose it is.

Anyway, the procedure was pretty simple. Answered a few questions, was weighed and measured. (On that note my weight's gone up by like 10 lbs. :[ I wish I knew if that was from my drugs or if my eating/exercising habits have just finally caught up with me.) I'm still short. Then I had to lie down on a table and they did the... scan or whatever. One specifically on my hip and the other... for my spine I think? Just had to change the position of my legs. The whole thing was over in about 10 minutes. So I was in and out by 1:20pm. o_O;

And that's when I decided that, since it's such a nice day out, I'd walk to the bus stop. :] I was pretty sure I was going the right way so I pressed on. I was passing bus stops but I wanted to head somewhere where I could grab something to eat first, I guess. Turns out I'd gone the wrong way from the hospital, oops. xD; Long walk and I ended up a bit lost but once I realized I was walking the wrong way on Fischer-Hallman I just hopped on a bus and ended up at a small terminal and just grabbed the 12 back to campus orz.

Then I came home and picked up the mail. :> My Leafeon/Glaceon zukan came in yaaay. Got a Raichu chou-getto from the same person but the peg broke off so I'm gonna have to be careful with it until I get home and I can fix it. I also called my brother to ask him to bring something on Sunday and we ended up talking for quite a while before switching our conversation to Gtalk.

UM THAT'S ABOUT IT? I've got one more exam on Tuesday and then I'm moving back home either Tuesday or Wednesday. Whenever my parents are free, I suppose. I should really be studying but I'm pretty tired so I'm just gonna go watch episode 2 of Eden of the East and ep 3 of K-ON and just chill for a bit.

I kinda wanna go walk around outside instead but my legs are tired. It's sooo nice out finally!

→ Reading week was both productive and not at all productive. Studied a bit and then learnt I had to send my laptop back to HP (long story but I hate them to pieces now) and we didn't want to sooooo my parents bought me a netbook omg. ;o; It's an MSI Wind and I love it to pieces. So it provides me with my wifi and I'm keeping my laptop around for now and it just kinda acts as a static desktop haha.

→ Got a new phone too. It's so sexy. Samsung m*number number number more numbers* Slyde or something. idk it's pink and has a full qwerty keyboard and is my best friend. \o/ Whoo for being able to access twitter wherever. (I fell in love with it when I saw sasha_janre post a picture of her new one and had to go out and get my own since I've been planning to upgrade my phone for well over a year now. XD)

→ Wrote 8 billion midterms. Or like... 5 or something. I don't even know what number I'm approaching but it's AWFUL. My weeks are just a blur of math assignments and midterms. It's quite stressful. :( Stress is relieved by my 360. I honestly have little to say about all this since it's so boring.

→ I've been watching a lot of anime in my little breaks between class, or when I get home from class to unwind... Still watching Sailor Moon, fully caught up in Toradora and most of ToA, probably others. Watched Hetalia and liked it, much to my annoyance. ;o; Kinda avoiding fandom like whoa since from what I can tell on F!S it causes more wank than I'd care to pay attention to.

→ Health issues have been all over the place. Kinda tmi so I won't go into detail but I'm back to square -1. If you're interested past that, hit me up on MSN or something idk. I'm so frustrated with it though. Getting home for an appointment this week was a disaster too. twitter friends got a play-by-play but I basically missed my greyhound bus, missed it again at the other stop, had to city bus it to the bus terminal and then had to kill time for 1.5 hours to catch the next one to Toronto. Then when I was subwaying it to Yorkdale from downtown so my mom could pick me up, the subway got stuck for a good 15 minutes at a stop. Doors were open. I forgot my jacket. The next day was freezing too (and laced with bad/annoying news haha). ffff inaccurate weather reports.

→ Pi Day was today and that was awesome. Especially awesome when I looked up my stuff for my midterm on monday and realized it's actually NEXT Monday so I can slack off a bit this weekend thank god. It was a busy weekend because today was Pi Day (had to go buy a pie+ice cream and pick up my brother's birthday gift) and tomorrow is my brother's birthday and my family's coming up to see me. So I would've had... very little study time.

→ Got lots of Pokémon stuff lately + on the way. Shit still need to respong to an email regarding something. >< Aaah I've been so behind on email lately too haha.

→ My sink was plugged today so I got to trek over to Sobey's at like 10:30 to buy Draino or whatever. It was kind of a fun walk and it was still nice out from earlier (above zero!) so omggggggg. ♥

→ While I was home over the week, my parents said they want to take another family vacation. :] We're kind of all over the place as far as opinions go. Dad keeps pitching Mexico or Cuba or something (do. not. want. D:), mom just wants a hot vacation in the winter, and I... have no real preference so long as it's not something tropical or too... outdoorsy? Getting a tan doesn't interest me in the least. My brother and I have decided we kinda wanna push for Europe but we only have like 10 days to do it so idk. D:

→ Pokémon Platinum in one week! Aaah I almost wish my midterm was this Monday just so I could actually play Platinum somewhat. XD; Maybe I won't play it until after my midterm is done and save it for a reward hmmm.

→ ALSO I KEEP HAVING ZOMBIE DREAMS. WHAT THE HELL. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THAT MEANS?? Like I swear I've had about 10-15 different zombie apocalypse dreams in the last month. If there aren't literally zombies, the atmosphere is always me or someone just ahead of an outbreak and trying to find shelter, weapons, food, etc. It's driving me crazy. 8(

David popped up on MSN tonight saying he was probably going to come to Anime North this year and asked what the collective plans were. Of course, aside from Audy asking a few questions the other week, we'd honestly made no plans. XD; So we grabbed everyone together and hammered out some details. By the end of the night, we'd booked two rooms at the Renaissance. ♥ I can't wait! :3

THOUGH REALLY, YOU GUYS CAN'T ALL SLEEP WITH ME GOD. :( Lmao by the end of the conversation I think everyone had called whatever room I was sleeping in. JEEZ YOU'RE ALL SO CREEPY lol.
