Back from grad~ We got to keep our hats. My school is also very disorganized and one of our vice principals now has a picture of us sitting on the floor in a circle on his cell phone. All in all, it was a good night.

I'm a little disappointed though. It said on my slip of paper that I got the highest mark in my Computer Science class but...I didn't get the award for it. I can see if they gave the overall award to Daniel but he got the award for marks, too; we must've at least tied so why didn't they list my name and/or give me one of those crappy diploma thingies. D: Ah well. I've already gotten into the university I want to go to and technically since they did say it when I got my diploma, I can put it on my resume or something. I'll see if I can ask someone about it tomorrow at prom, I guess?

So yeah. Still a good night. I managed to snag an average over 80%, though, since I got honour roll and an Ontario Scholars award or something for having an average of over 80% in 6 grade 12 courses. But yeah. I'm doooooooooone. ♥

Um, yeah. We're going out for dinner tonight to celebrate my newfound lack of high school and then we're watching Finding Nemo. 8) And then tomorrow I have to get up early(ish) for a hair appointment. Apparently I'm getting a cut and highlights and some...fancy-ish place? I thought I was just getting a trim somewhere normal, but since I'm refusing a pedicure/manicure, mom's spending more money on my hair. Oh well. XD;

So I was signing Santapaga's yearbook and I mentioned what had happened to mine and she gave me a new one. Apparently she had one left over for some reason so she let me have it so I wouldn't have to go beg Cheng for another. n_n I love her~~

So yeah. Part two of the discrete exam wasn't too bad. He gave us a few more answers and I only didn't know how to do one question. Then I ate lunch and left Dean to his studying and hung out in the art room. :D And then didn't go to class for the rest of the day.

Emptied my locker though--my bag was SO heavy at the end of the day. x__x; It was hell walking home. My back still hurts. XD

Um, right. Didn't get to do much discrete tonight. Hopefully the whole exam part II will be from chapter three so he'll give us the answers tomorrow morning. And I'll probably skip English again and hand my books in on the exam date.

Cheng says I might be able to get a new yearbook if I pay for it. So let's hope the water damage isn't too bad so I won't have to. *hasn't gone upstairs to see it but left it in front of a fan* XD;

I am DRENCHED.

I have never walked home in weather so shitty. It was raining when I got off the bus, then it starting pouring. And then about halfway home, it was pounding on the pavement and the lightning/thunder was so loud and close and gah.

I had an umbrella and I'm still utterly soaked. Assuming it's still this bad in 20 minutes, I'm going to walk to my brother's school with an extra umbrella because I don't want him walking home in this without one. x__o;

Now, mom? I DON'T FUCKING WANT TO GO TO THIS RAP GRAD. WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME IT'S IMPORTANT? I'D RATHER STUDY FOR MY FRIGGING EXAMS, KTHX. (Apparently my name's not even in the programme. So why does she insist I go?)

Today was awesome:

1. Philosophy was great. I got to hand in stuff late and I get an extension on my research project till Monday. Santapaga ILU.

2. LOL at my discrete teacher letting us watch a movie. Even if we did get a lecture on why evolution didn't happen before.

3. ...okay, Calculus wasn't good. But it was funny because people kept talking the whole time about how shitty we're doing and how it didn't matter if we cheated since no one had a clue to begin with.

4. English kinda sucked too because we were ABOUT TO LEAVE THE ROOM when the supply walked in. :[

Grad mass was boring. Food was okay. I liked when the flower vase broke, though only two people know what I'm talking about. xD; Then in Discrete we didn't have our quiz since the mass ran over. I had A lunch because of Calculus, and then Calc was boring. (She was on the phone to Dell the whole time trying to get a replacement laptop because her new one crapped out on her, so I was in charge of switching the overheads. YAY FUN.) Haha, in English no one was ready so we stopped presentations after three of them and did nothing.

Two lockdowns in school today. The second one was fun.

Right, so the first one came during second period. One of the VPs announces "Code Red" over the PA system. So our math teacher kind of laughs and tells us to bring our chairs into the corner of the room so we can comply by the school policy and continue working on our assignments. Then he proceeds to give us a whole speech on how this code red means the school is submitting to fascism and how democracy doesn't exist. I don't know. I was doing my work. Shortly after the bell, which was maybe 10-15 minutes later, we're cleared and I went off to Calculus. An announcement was made congratulating everyone on how well we followed the rules this time. (Last time, Shincariol just had us sitting at our desks writing our quizzes and he got chewed out by a VP. XDD)

Later on in the day, instead of having a proper English class, our teacher had signed us up to go to the theatre and watch the presentation of the grade 11 film class' short films.

On the way to the theatre, what do they announce? Another code red. A few other people from my class and I were near Titus' class so we tagged along with them, but it looked like the rest of our class headed back because of the announcement or something. We were sort of laughing and wondering why they'd drill us with the same situation? twice in one day. We went into the theatre and after a very short delay, we just watched all the films.

Then about halfway through, the rest of the classes came to the theatre, so apparently most people HAD been caught by the lockdown. They never even mentioned it in the theatre, so we figured it was a good thing it wasn't real. I mean, the theatre's unlocked and everything--no security. Ahaha, we'd be so screwed.

Turns out it was real. I heard first (from my teacher, who'd ushered everyone she could see into one of the Tech classrooms) that there had been a shooting over on Dufferin and Steeles, which is pretty close. Then on the bus, I heard there was a bank robbery at the mall, and another story of a jewellery store being robbed. Regardless, there was an announcement (though I didn't hear it, being in the theatre) that the suspects were caught. I'm just surprised that nothing happened in the theatre. Way to be organized, school. :|

Um, other than that, the day was pretty uneventful. Penguin launching is fun.

Note to self: Remember to tell mom that Randy from the York Regional Police Station called. oO;

(Anyone know if they're still deleting? :|) I try not to get into these drama things but I've had questionable things in my info so...gah. I want this to blow over faster. Today was so tiring. ShareLife Walkathon so...we walked something like 10k this morning. And it was hot and they were stupid and didn't have cups at the water stations, until the very last one. So I think I was dehydrated for half the day too. XD I'm good now though. Albeit very tired.

...I don't feel like being online. Gonna go sleep or something.
