On Thursday, a lovely anon bought me a rename token after a conversation on twitter. I've had *such* a busy weekend that I didn't have a time to sit down and use it. I messaged whoever owns the account "cherrim" on LJ but no response all weekend so I've decided to go with the name I presume it was bought for. :> jigglypuff noticed that "cherubi" wasn't taken so I snagged it. ♥! No more fornication jokes, sadly, but oh well. This'll take a bit of getting used to.

2. ANIME NORTH. PEOPLE. OMG. ;______; Both eternalaegis and ausaudriel went home today. Audy'd been here since Thursday afternoon and Jeef since Friday morning. I MISS THEM SO MUCH ALREADY OMGGG. Real con report coming later when I'm not deathly tired but I just miss everyone. ;~; I want it to be next year. We had SO much fun. I was worried it might get a bit awkward but from the moment I found Audy at the airport to hugging him goodbye and everything in-between, it was just amazing. There was like zero awkwardness and it was just like our crazy 9inchpizza conversations in real life form. Next year can't come soon enough!

I marathoned all of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni with my friend this weekend. 8) 13 episodes on Saturday and we just finished the series tonight. I want to start Kai now but baaaaaw assignments come first now that it isn't the weekend. ;o;

Lmao, I responded to the Tales of friending meme earlier and I'm only just now going through it--I keep going "OMG AWESOME I NEED TO FRIEND THIS PERSON" and then looking at the username to realize I already have most of you guys friended. sdklfjds ilu guys. :')

And sDFljslfjks it's 2 am. I... suppose it doesn't matter all that much since I don't have class till 1:30 but I do wanna get up at a decent hour to work on Algebra so I should go to bed.

Maybe it's just because I'm high and not keen on caring about anything, or maybe it's the fact that I followed the profile page's redesign from day 1 and submitted feedback and watched them IMPLEMENT the feedback people gave...

But am I the only one not flipping the shit out about the new profile page? I think it looks GOOD and is much more streamlined than the old one. Things can't stay the same way forever and they're still looking into other ways to improve it. This is the internet--things CHANGE and while you may not like it at first, you'll realize eventually that it was worth it. They wouldn't just decide to redesign and put hours upon hours upon HOURS of work into it on a whim; a lot of thought and hard decisions were put into this. And letting everyone choose to go back to the old one would just be a pain if ever they need to implement something new in the profile page. It's not even like the people bitching over Facebook or Last.fm when they got a total site overhaul; at least it's just the damn profile page with LJ.

Not sure what I'm doing up at 4. I kind of just realized what time it was now. I was tired, yeah, but I thought it was like 1, even if I got back here at 12. I'd like my sense of time back now, please. :'( Probably taking a nap tomorrow afternoon after calc. <_< Can't skip classes to sleep in anymore because that's bad and I'll fail. Not to mention I don't have notes or anything from wednesday since I wasn't even in town. D8 Not sure why I'm still typing instead of turning off my laptop and, you know, collapsing on my bed. Maybe I'll do that now.

Unrelated: I have to go buy a toaster some time this weekend. I'm sure that'll be fun lugging home on the bus with me. :(

Well, I've been back online for a while now. And checking LJ for most of the time too. But might as well get back to posting AND NOT BEING EMO ABOUT IT.

:D Today was shaping up to be a crappy day but... April Fool's at my favourite forum was always fun. I loved this year's and then somehow, getting Rickroll'd and Mudkip'd all day was just very amusing.

If anyone had any entries they desperately wanted me to check, lemme know since I skimmed everything while I was gone and probably missed a lot. XD
